These terms and conditions govern 30 Days of Pleasure (the “Program”), a digital program sold and operated by Katya Libin & Co. (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or opting in, you agree to these terms.
30 Days of Pleasure is a 30-day digital experience delivered by text message and email. Enrollment is rolling: when you join, your welcome arrives immediately and Day 1 begins the following morning.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, enroll in, opt in to messaging from, or otherwise participate in the Program. By purchasing or opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Program and its messages are intended for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to anyone under 18.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and your purchase will appear as Katya Libin & Co. Because this is a digital program that begins delivering immediately, all sales are final once the Program has begun. If you have not yet received any Program content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. You may stop messages at any time by replying STOP; this ends future messages but does not entitle you to a refund of a completed or in-progress Program.
