The problem
Where did the turn-on go?
Somewhere between the school run, the overflowing inbox, and remembering to take your vitamins, your turn-on quietly slipped out the back door.
Maybe from the outside you look like you have it handled. Or maybe you’re in the thick of it, postpartum, perimenopausal, burned out, holding it together with tape. Either way, somewhere in the doing, you went a little numb. Performing. Catching your reflection and reaching for criticism first. Deprived of the exact thing that makes you feel alive.
We have become more turned on by our phones than by our own lives. And turn-on was never only about sex. It is being moved by a song, a meal, a color, an idea, the light at five o’clock, your own reflection. We scroll instead of feel. We achieve instead of desire. We tend to everyone’s needs and forget we have a body, and a life, that want things.
When was the last time you felt genuinely, unapologetically turned on by your own life?
Pleasure is bigger than sex.
Turn-on is pleasure through the senses, desire, beauty, play, receiving, attraction, fantasy, movement, rest, power, and everyday aliveness. Thirty days to find out what turns you back on.
The turn-on was never gone. It was only waiting.
My story
I lost mine too. Then I found the way back.
Like a lot of women, I came into pleasure the unhealthy way first. For years I was drawn to a kind of toxic masculinity that kept me performing, self-critical, and quietly starving. From the outside, successful. On the inside, deprived.
Then I found sacred sexuality, through teachers, mentors, and my own devoted practice. But it turned out to be just one doorway into something much bigger: a whole new relationship with pleasure. It changed how I lived in my body, how I led, how I created, how I loved, how I related to money, and how I moved through my life. My turn-on became my compass.
And I am a mom. I know we do not always have room for the erotic and the sultry when we are trying to get the kids to school without spilling the coffee. So I built the smallest, most delicious way back in: one private pleasure drop a day.
For context: before I ever taught pleasure, I built and sold companies, raised millions, and grew a community of over 100,000 women. I know the high-achieving life. I also know what it quietly costs.
We’re more tuned in to Instagram than to what our own bodies desire and crave. Let’s change that.
What changes in 30 days
Imagine if…
You wake up before the alarm, catch your own eye in the mirror, and grin like you know a secret. Because you do. You are her now.
Your partner glances up when you walk in, actually looks, because something in you is humming and he can feel it across the room.
The first sip of coffee actually stops you. The song in the car becomes an event. You start noticing beauty everywhere, and it turns you on.
You catch your reflection stepping out of the shower and the first thing you feel is not criticism. It is want.
You laugh louder at dinner, leave the text on read, and stop managing the room. You are too busy enjoying yourself.
You let someone pour the wine, hold the door, adore you, without deflecting. You receive like it is your birthright.
You write the thing, wear the thing, say the thing. Your taste gets louder and your ideas start flowing again.
Your mind wanders somewhere warm in the middle of a Tuesday, and instead of shutting it down, you let it.
You set down the good-girl script your mother and her mother handed you, and the wild thing you kept caged finally gets to breathe.
You become more attuned to your reality, and create pleasure by choice.

How it works
Pleasure is the practice of becoming sensitive to your own life again.
Every day for 30 days, something delicious lands on your phone: a voice note, a sensual practice, a piece of art, a song, a question, a playful dare, or something completely unexpected. It comes straight to you, privately. Not a group, not a feed, nothing to keep up with.
This is not 30 identical texts, and it is not 30 days of homework. It is a series of private drops that can include personal messages from Katya, voice notes, playful dares, sensory and somatic practices, poetry, music and erotic art, collectible visual artifacts, and the occasional journal reflection. No group. No public feed. No performance. Just one private invitation back into your own aliveness each day.

Why now
Thinking of delaying your pleasure, again?
Here is what the research keeps pointing to: women do not simply enjoy pleasure, we need it to thrive. And there is a real difference between the dopamine we chase and the oxytocin that actually feeds us.
The dopamine loop drains you
The quick hits of scrolling, achieving, and doing keep you chasing the next thing, and quietly leave you depleted.
Oxytocin enlivens you
Pleasure, touch, beauty, and real connection release oxytocin, the hormone that calms your nervous system and lowers cortisol.
Pleasure restores you
It is linked to deeper sleep, lower blood pressure, steadier mood, and more energy for everything else you carry.
Beauty expands you
When a woman creates beauty and pleasure, she does not just feel better. She sustains and expands herself.
Your pleasure is not indulgent. It is how your body was built to thrive. Why keep it waiting?
